Adding Personal Tax Rates

You can define a single personal tax rate to any customer through their record on the Admin Panel.

Personal tax rates don't apply to items that already have a tax rate assigned to them.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click the relevant customer record.

  3. Click Account > Contact and billing.

  4. Define the Personal tax rate you want to apply to the customer.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.


The personal tax rate now applies over the default tax rate when customers purchase items without an assigned tax rate. Issued invoices won't be updated, but you can manually edit tax rates on any unpaid or due invoice.
