Deleting Personal Tax Rates

You can delete any personal tax rate via the Account tab in the customer's record.

Deleting a customer's personal tax rate only impacts future invoices.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click the relevant customer record.

  3. Click Account > Contact and billing.

  4. Remove the Personal tax rate.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.


The customer's future invoices will include either your location's default tax rate or the tax rates assigned to each invoiced item.

Issued invoices won't be updated with the new rates, but you can manually edit tax rates on any due or unpaid invoice.
