Cancelling Event Tickets as an Admin

You can easily cancel event tickets in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

You can cancel event tickets individually or in bulk.

Cancelling Tickets Individually

You can cancel an event ticket in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Go to Operations > Members and contacts.
  3. Click on the customer who purchased the ticket.
  4. Click Sales > Event tickets.
  5. Click the three dots icon next to the ticket you'd like to cancel.
  6. Select Cancel ticket.
  7. Select a Cancellation reason.
  8. Click Cancel ticket.

All set! The event ticket has been cancelled.

The customer will receive an email letting them know their ticket has been cancelled. They'll also receive a refund for the price of the ticket.

You can view all cancelled tickets for an event in the event ticket cancellation log.

Cancelling Tickets in Bulk

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Go to Community > Events list
  3. Click on the relevant event.
  4. Click Attendees.
  5. Select the tickets you'd like to cancel.
  6. Click on the Bulk actions menu.
  7. Select Cancel ticket.
  8. Select a Cancellation reason.
  9. Select Cancel ticket.

All set! The event tickets have been cancelled.

Customers will receive an email letting them know their tickets have been cancelled. They'll also receive a refund for the price of the ticket.

You can view all cancelled tickets for an event in the event ticket cancellation log.
