Checking in with NexBoard

Customers can manage their bookings with a few taps on NexBoard. They can check in to their booking, extend their booking, or end their booking early.

Customers can't edit or cancel their bookings from NexBoard.

They'll need to use the Members Portal or Passport app.

Checking in to a Booking

Customers can easily check in to NexBoard with a few taps.

Customers can check in up to 15 minutes before their booking.

They'll be automatically checked in if they make the booking less than 15 minutes in advance.


  1. Wake up NexBoard.
  2. Tap Check in.
  3. Select your booking.
  4. Tap Check in again.

All set! You've successfully checked in to your booking.

Extending a Booking

Customers can easily extend their bookings with a few taps on the tablet.

Customers can't extend bookings that have already been invoiced.
  1. Wake up NexBoard.
  2. Tap Extend booking.
  3. Select your booking.
  4. Tap Extend.
  5. Select a Quick Book time or Manually select date and time.
  6. Enter the username and password you use to log in to the Members Portal.
  7. Confirm or select the time you want to extend.
  8. Click Confirm.

All set! You'll receive a confirmation email for your extended booking. It may take a few moments for NexBoard to display the updated times.

Ending a Booking Early

Customers easily end their bookings early with a few taps on the tablet. The booking end time will be rounded to the next quarter-hour.

Ending bookings early never triggers any refunds.

It simply releases the resource for other customers to use.


  1. Wake up NexBoard.
  2. Tap End current.
  3. Select your booking.
  4. Tap Confirm.
  5. Open your email.
  6. Click the link to confirm you'd like to end your booking early.
No further action is required after clicking the link.

All set! You'll be redirected to the Member's Portal. You can find your amended booking time under Upcoming bookings.
