What is Desk Availability

Desk availability is a page of the Members Portal that lets you see how busy each of the coworking spaces within your network are to plan your visits.

Whether you're looking for a quiet location to host a client meeting or a bustling space to break from you bubble and work surrounded by people — the availability page helps you pick the best location.

For example, you usually go to one of two coworking spaces within a network. Availability lets you check how busy each of them are right now and up to a week in advance.

The page tells you how busy your current location is and how busy you can expect it to be across different days of the week or times of day. You can also see the number of people who are currently checked in and how many them are part of your team.

Where to find Desk Availability

You can check Desk Availability from the home page of your Members Portal by clicking on the Members Onsite tile.

You can check how busy each location is in real time. You can also check how busy the space will be over the next 7 days.

FAQ

Why some locations don't show any availability?

No availability means that the location is either not open to the public or there's no information available on how many people are currently on site.
