The legal terms and policies settings page lets you define the legal terms and policies that your customers must accept to use your services.
General terms
This tab lets you define your space's general terms and conditions. All customers must accept them to use your services.
You can use our built-in editor to format your content or use Markdown. You can easily check what the content will look like for customers by clicking on the Preview button.
If you update your location's general terms and conditions, customers are simply prompted to accept them the next time they log in to yourMembers Portal or the Passport app.
Visitors terms
This tab lets you define the terms and conditions registered visitors must agree to prior to checking in.
You can use our built-in editor to format your content or use Markdown. You can easily check what the content will look like for visitors by clicking on the Preview button.
If you allow visitor self-registration through NexIO, visitors registering themselves are automatically prompted to accept your visitor terms.
Data Privacy policy
This tab lets you define the data privacy policy for your location. Your data privacy policy is a statement that discloses how your business gathers, uses, discloses, and manages customer data.
You can use our built-in editor to format your content or use Markdown. You can easily check what the content will look like for users by clicking on the Preview button.
Cookies policy
This tab lets you define the Members Portal cookies policy for your location. Your cookies policy should list the cookies you use on your Members Portal and information on how you process the personal data of users visiting your Members Portal.

All terms and policies are version-controlled to ensure business transparency and legal clarity.
Terms and policies created or accepted prior to this date won't show in the version history, but can be traced back using logs.
