You can directly communicate with your customers by:
Sending a Message
You can send a direct message to any of your customers via the CRM tab in their account. They will receive your message via email within a few minutes.

Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

Click on the relevant customer.

Click CRM > Messages.

Click Send message.

Add a Subject.

Add your Message.

Click Send message.
Sending a Message Macro
You can also send one of your message macros directly to a customer. You can edit the macro's subject and message to tweak the macro's content on the fly. They will receive your message via email within a few minutes.

Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

Click on the relevant customer.

Click CRM > Messages.

Click Send message.

Select a Message macro.

Edit the message macro's Subject and Message as needed.

Click Send message.
Emailing Customers
You can also directly email any customer by clicking on the mail icon next to their name in the Members & contacts list.
Clicking on the icon will pop up a new window from your device's Inbox to let you draft your email to the customer.
