Enabling Tours
You can enable the tours section to let customers request tours on the Members Portal.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Go to Settings > Modules.
- Click on the Tours tab.
- Toggle on Enable the tour request form section.
- Toggle on Tour requests must be confirmed by an administrator if you want an admin to approve each tour request before it's confirmed.
- Toggle on Tours can only be booked at specific hours/days of the week if you want to set up a tour schedule.
- If you enabled the tour schedule, click and drag your mouse across the time slots you want to make available for tours.
- Select an admin under Notify and make this user the host of tours requested via the tour form.
Click Save settings.
All set! Your settings have been saved. Customers can now request tours on the Members Portal.
Now that you've enabled the tours section, you can customize your tour request form and link tours to CRM boards.
Customizing Tour Forms
You can easily customize the form customers submit to request a tour.
The default tour request form asks customers to provide their:
- Name
- Phone Number
You can add custom fields to your tour form if you'd like to collect additional information, such as a customers's preferred name or professional field.
Make sure to balance collection of information with risk of churn. The more time customers have to spend filling out the form, the more likely they are to give up before submitting the request.

Linking Tours to CRM Boards
CRM Boards help you automate sales pipelines and customer onboarding in Nexudus.
You'll need to first create a CRM board and then add a stage for tours. You can add a trigger for customers who:
- request tours
- confirm tours
- complete tours
Customers will automatically be added to the CRM board whenever they complete the corresponding action.
