Adding a Payment Method

You must set up a payment method to pay your Nexudus subscription and use your account.
You can pay for your subscription via direct debit or credit/debit card.
You can access this section via Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Payment details on the Admin Panel.
Nexudus won't charge you for network locations as long as:
- you don't use the location as an actual space where occupiers book resources
AND
- you didn't enable any integrations or additional features that are charged at the network level, such as Explore Pro or the white-label Passport app.
Paying via Direct Debit
Make sure you take this setup delay into consideration when adding your payment details.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Payment details.
Tick the Bank option.
- Click Configure bank payments.
You will be redirected to GoCardless page to set up your direct debit mandate.
- Fill out the form with your bank details and click Set up direct debit.
- Review your details and click Confirm.
You are redirected to the Payment Details page in Nexudus.
All set! Your direct debit mandate was sent to your bank for approval and will be used to automatically pay for future Nexudus invoices once your bank authorizes the mandate.
A confirmation email from GoCardless is also sent to the email address you added to the direct debit setup form.
Paying via Credit/Debit Card
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Payment details.
Tick the Credit/debit card option.
Fill out the form with your details.
Click Submit payment details.
All set! Your card details will be used to automatically pay for all future Nexudus invoices.
