You can download any of your Nexudus invoices in PDF if you need a copy.
Can't see your Nexudus invoices?
You probably haven't allowed Nexudus subscription invoice notifications in your account. You can easily enable this toggle in your notifications preferences to see and download your invoices.
Simply go to Settings > Users on the Admin Panel, click on your user and then Notifications. Enable the Nexudus subscription invoices toggle and save your changes.
Make sure you log out and log back in once you've saved your changes.
You can download up to 50 invoices at a time.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Your invoices.
Tick the checkbox next to every invoice you want to download.
Click Download PDF in the Bulk actions menu.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
The download only takes a few seconds and you can find your invoices in the Downloads folder of your device.
If you download a single invoice, your PDF file is named after the invoice reference.
If you download multiple invoices at once, your PDFs will be grouped in a zip folder named Invoices.
