Adding Language Tokens

You can create new language tokens to add words or sentences that aren't translated on your User Portal yet.
For example, your User Portal is available in English, French and Spanish. Your resource names and descriptions can be defined for each language, but your resource type can only be defined in the default language. You can easily add a translation token for each resource type in French and Spanish to also have your resource categories translated.
Check out our guide on Editing Translation Tokens .
The language token you create has a name and a value. The name is the token's name in the code, while the value is the translation displayed on the User Portal.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Settings > Languages.
Select the relevant language.
Click on the Tokens tab.
Click Add language token.
Add the name of the token Name field.
This name must be an exact match (case and spelling) with the text you're translating. For example, if you want to translate a resource category that you named Meeting Rooms, you should add Meeting Rooms in the Name field of the token.
- Add the translation you want to display on your User Portal in the Translated as field.
Click the Save button.
All set! Your token is now available in the relevant translation.
If you can't see the translated element on your User Portal, go back to the Admin Panel and make sure the spelling and case of the text in your token Name is an exact match with the original element on your User Portal.
