What are Bookings?
Bookings are time slots occupiers or admins book for a specific resource in your Nexudus inventory. When a resource is booked, the resource automatically becomes unavailable for the selected time slot.
As an admin, you can view the all the scheduled bookings by clicking Operations > Calendar or Operations > List on the Admin Panel.
The Calendar page lets you visualize all your resources on a timeline that you have displayed by day, week or month while the List page simply lists all bookings.
Default Booking Calendar View
The calendar automatically displays the bookings scheduled for the current day.
The default view can set to day, week, month or list.
Bookings Calendar & Floor Plan Items
If your resources are connected to floor plan items such as desks or offices, the items are listed under each resource to let you easily book a specific item.
Bookings on the Members Portal
Occupiers can also access their bookings via the Settings section on the User Portal.
