You can add one custom page to the Passport app or its white-label version. You can find this custom page under the general menu of the app.
You also have the option to feature it on the home page of the app to let your customers access it in just a tap.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Enable the custom page toggle.
- Add your Custom page title, as you want it displayed on the app.
- Add your Custom page URL.
- Select an App icon for your custom page.
- Toggle on Show in app home page if you'd like your custom page featured on the app's home page.
- Add a Custom page shared secret if you'd like to sign every custom page request with a HMAC256 signature.
Click the Save Changes button.
All done! Restart your app and check the menu to test your custom page.
Check the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Test your link to see if it works in a browser.
More often than not, custom pages won't work when the link itself is broken. If the link isn't working on a browser, fix it and test it again on the app.
If the link is working outside of the app, move to the next step.
2. Double check the Custom page URL field.
Look at the link you added to the field and make sure there's no typo, missing character and the URL always starts with https.
If the link has no typo or missing characters, move to the next step.
3. Check your Custom page shared secret.
If you decided to use a shared secret, double check your shared secret and try adding it again.
If you're not using a shared secret or updating your shared secret doesn't work, contact support.
