You can add new document templates from the CRM section of the Admin Panel.
Adding Document Templates Using Microsoft Word
This method helps you avoid formatting errors while working on the template and will save you time in the long run.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click CRM > Document templates.
Click Add template.
Add a Template name.
Click the Save Changes button.
You've successfully created your new Microsoft Word document template. You can now edit the document template or customize it by clicking on it.
Adding Document Templates Using RTF
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click CRM > Document templates.
Click Add template.
Add a Template name.
Select RTF (Liquid syntax).
Add your template's content in the Contents field.
Click the Save Changes button.
You've successfully created your new RTF document template. You can start using it to generate proposals or customer documents.
Creating Document Templates Using HTML
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click CRM > Document templates.
Click Add template.
Add a Template name.
Select HTML (Liquid syntax).
Add your template's content in the Contents field.
Click the Save Changes button.
You've successfully created your new HTML document template. You can start using it to generate proposals or customer documents.
