The following admin notifications are currently available in the Admin Panel.
Discussion board digest
A daily notification sent at 8am local time summarizing the latest conversations on the discussion boards.
All discussion board messages
This notification is sent to admins every time someone adds a new message to any discussion board.
Nexudus subscription invoices
This notification is sent to admins every time we issue an invoice for their Nexudus subscription.
Contact messages and form submissions
This notification is sent to admins every time a user completes any form on the Members Portal.
If no admin is subscribed to this notification, users won't be able to submit any forms or reach out via the Contacts page on the Members Portal.
Help-desk messages
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer submits a help desk request from the Members Portal.
New customers
This notification is sent to admins every time a new customer is registered in Nexudus.
Professional profile changes
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer's professional profile is updated.
Article comments
This notification is sent to admins every time a user posts a comment under an article.
Event comments
This notification is sent to admins every time an event attendee comments on an event's page on the Members Portal.
Plan change requests (excluding virtual office plans)
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer changes or cancels their plan from the Members Portal.
Use the following toggle to also receive notifications for virtual office plan changes.
Virtual office plan changes
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer changes or cancels their virtual office plan from the Members Portal.
Handling preference changes for specific virtual office deliveries
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer updates their handling preference for a specific delivery when they are a virtual office member.
Identity check updates
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer uploads a document for an identity check.
Bookings (including new bookings, changes, and cancellations)
This notification is sent to admins every time a booking is created, edited, or cancelled.
Tentative bookings (including new requests, changes, and cancellations)
This notification is sent to admins every time a tentative bookings is created, edited, or cancelled.
Product and event purchases
This notification is sent to admins every time a customer purchases a product or an event ticket from the Members Portal.
Visitor registrations
This notification is sent to admins every time a visitor is registered in Nexudus.
Access control errors
This notification is sent to admins every time an error is recorded in the access control system they integrated with Nexudus.
Team members removed by team admins
This notification is sent to admins whenever a team administrator removes someone from their team via the Members Portal.
Any admin removing a team member from the Admin Panel will never trigger this notification.
