4. Customizing Your Customer Notifications

Now that you have some items in your inventory, you can dive into customer notifications.

Every time certain actions are recorded for a customer on the Admin Panel or the Members Portal, Nexudus will automatically send email notifications on your space's behalf.

You can customize all the notifications your customers receive through the Email template editor page in your space's Settings.

Notifications Editor

Each notification can be edited on the spot using the built-in editor. You can access the editor via Settings > Email template editor.

Notifications Tokens

You'll also notice that notifications include some elements between curly brackets { }. These elements are tokens that pull information from your Nexudus account and help automate the customization of your email notification.

For example, you'll notice that all notification templates include a {businessname} token at the top of the template. This token automatically pulls your location's name and adds it to the notifications.

All the tokens you see in each notification are the tokens available by default for that notification.

Customer Notifications Languages

Customer notifications are available in the following languages by default:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Arabic*
  • Hebrew*
  • Japanese*
  • Dutch*
  • Norwegian*
  • Polish*
  • Swedish*

* You must activate the tagged languages to make them available on your Members Portal.
