You can disable any payment method currently in use in your space.
What happens when you disable a payment method
- That payment option is removed from your Members Portal to prevent customers from using it further.
- No new payment will be processed or attempted using that payment method.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Settings > Payments and currency > Payment methods.
- Click on the payment method you want to disable.
- Scroll down to Payment method settings and disable the Enable toggle.
Click the Save Changes button.
All set! We recommend setting up a new payment method to keep processing payments.
