What is door access control?
Door access control lets your customers unlock doors in your space using the Passport app. This lets you easily control which areas of your space specific customers can access.
For example, you can set up door access control so that only members can access certain facilities.
How does door access control work?
First, you'll need to choose one of our door access control integrations, set up an account with your chosen provider, and link it to Nexudus.
The exact setup will depend on your chosen integration. Not all door access control integrations support unlocking doors with Passport app. You can see what's possible with each provider here.
Once you've set up your integration, you can easily assign customers to groups so they can access the relevant areas of your space.
For example, you can set it up so that only customers with a dedicated desk plan can access the dedicated desk area.
Once you've set it up, customers can unlock doors with the Passport app simply by tapping the button on their dashboard.
