Customers have multiple ways to book on the Members Portal, whether they want to quickly reserve any available resource or carefully choose from all available options.

For example, customers can book a last-minute meeting room using the instant booking feature or AI-agent. Or, they can browse resources to find the perfect meeting room for their presentation and customize it by making a standard booking.

Bookings on the Members Portal have three main categories:

Standard Bookings

Standard bookings offer the classic booking experience:

  • Customers can easily browse resources and choose the best one for their needs from one of four views: classic, calendar, floor plan, and map.
  • Customers in a hurry can quickly book from the classic view using the instant booking feature.

Standard bookings are best suited for customers who want to browse all available options and make customizations to their booking, such as inviting guests or adding products.

AI-assisted Bookings

AI-assisted bookings let customers ask our AI agent to craft a booking tailored to their needs. The AI agent will draft a booking, which customers can review and make changes to as needed.

AI-assisted bookings are best suited for customers who want to make a quick and simple booking without having to sort through all the available options.

Guest Bookings

Guest bookings let customers book resources in your space without creating an account. While guest users can make both standard and AI-assisted bookings, there are also some restrictions.

Guest bookings are best suited for customers who are visiting your space on a one-time or occasional basis and don't want to create account.

You'll need to enable guest checkout to use this feature.
