You can control which of your products show up in NexKiosk in a few clicks on Admin Panel.
Each product you make available for purchase outside of the Admin Panel can be displayed in one of three ways:
- NexKiosk and the Members Portal
For products you want to sell via NexKiosk and via your Members Portal. For example, day access or pass bundles. - NexKiosk only
For products you only sell via NexKiosk, not your Members Portal. For example, food and drinks you only sell via NexKiosk. - Exclude from NexKiosk
For products you only sell on your Members Portal, never via NexKiosk. For example, catering or audio equipment, you only want to sell through your Members Portal as booking add-ons.
NexKiosk and Members Portal
This option is ideal if you want to sell a product both on your Members Portal and on NexKiosk.
To set it up, you must ensure:
- You toggle on Display this product on the website and the App under the Product details tab of the product.

- You go to the Integrations tab of the product and toggle on Display this product in POS mode and/or Display this product in Kiosk mode.

Repeat the process for every other product you wish to sell this way.
NexKiosk only
This option is ideal for items you only sell via NexKiosk.
To set it up, you must ensure:
- You toggle off Display this product on the website and the App under the Product details tab of the product.

- You go to the Integrations tab of the product and toggle on Display this product in POS mode and/or Display this product in Kiosk mode.

Repeat the process for every other product you wish to sell this way.
Exclude from NexKiosk
This option is ideal for products you either want to keep internal or only sell via your Members Portal.
To set it up, go to the Integrations tab of the product and make sure Display this product in POS mode and Display this product in Kiosk mode are both toggled off.
