Updating Salto KS for SSO

Your customers can now unlock Salto doors without any setup on their side using your white-label Passport app or the standard Passport app if you started using it prior to June 2020.


Step 1. Asking for your white-label app update

The first step to upgrade to Salto KS SSO udpating your white-label app. Reach out to support@nexudus.com and let us know that you'd like us to update your white-label app to use the Salto KS SSO feature.

Once you receive a confirmation from our support team, all you need to do is reconnect your Salto KS on the Admin Panel.

Step 2. Reconnecting Salto KS on the Admin Panel

You can reconnect your Salto KS integration in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Enable the SSO access toggle.

  3. Scroll down and click on Reconnect.

You are redirected to the Salto KS login page.

  1. Log in to your Salto KS account.

  2. Tick the Remember My Decision checkbox and then click Yes, allow.

You are redirected back to the Admin Panel.

  1. Click the Save Changes button.


All set! Your Salto KS integration is now fully updated. New customers joining your space won't need to set anything up on your app to unlock Salto KS doors. Existing customers who already used the app to unlock Salto KS doors don't need to do anything to keep using the app.
