NexDelivery is a quick and easy way to process customer deliveries and have them notified via email.
You can process one or multiple packages addressed to the same customer via the app.
- Open NexDelivery on your device.
- Tap on Register delivery.
- Take a picture of the delivery label and crop the image if needed.
- Tap Done.
We automatically try to match the name on the delivery label with your customers list.
- Select a Delivery type.
You can choose from Checks, Mail for documents and letters, Parcels for packages and boxes, Publicity for flyers and marketing material, and Other for any delivery that doesn't match an existing category.
- Add Notes if required.
- Tap Save and register another delivery if you want to process more deliveries for that customer.
Otherwise tap Register and return to home screen.
All set! You've successfully added your delivery. You can access and edit any of the deliveries via Operations > Deliveries on the Admin Panel.
The relevant customers also automatically receive an email notification letting them know their delivery is ready for collection.
You can edit this notification's template via Settings > Email template editor on the Admin Panel.
