  • Plans with one or more active contracts
This automated type of smart group creates a subscriber group named after each plan with one or more active contracts. When a customer joins or cancels a plan, they're automatically added or removed from the associated group. If you delete the plan, the associated smart subscriber group is also deleted.

Each subscriber group can include up to 1,000 subscribers by default.

You can contact support to request an increase. The increase to 2,500 subscribers per group costs $25 per month.
