You can easily delete products that you no longer need in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.
You can't delete products you've sold.
Nexudus does this to preserve the sales history for that product for legal and reporting purposes.
If you no longer want to sell some of your products, we strongly recommend to archive them instead. Archiving removes the products from all active lists and searching while maintaining a clean sales trail.
If you really need to remove a large list of products from your inventory, contact support to discuss options.
You cannot recover deleted records in Nexudus.
Consider exporting your products before deleting them to keep a record.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click on Inventory > Products.
Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to delete.
Click on the Bulk actions button and Delete xx record(s) in the Bulk actions menu.
📢 A new pop-up appears, prompting you to type out DELETE to confirm your action.
Don't forget to use ALL CAPS.The field is case-sensitive and typing it any other way will prevent you from deleting the records.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
The selected products are now deleted.
