Instantly Sending Email Notifications

Article Summary

Email notifications are sent based on their position in the email queue. You can skip this default queue order for notifications that are particularly time sensitive.

For example, a customer needs their PIN to access your space or a visitor needs their QR code to check-in straight away.

You can skip the queue order for up to 5 email notifications at a time.

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel if you aren't already.

  2. Click CRM > Email queue.

  3. Tick the checkbox next to the notifications you want to send.

  4. Click Send now in the Bulk actions menu.

  5. Click Yes, do it to confirm.

Alternatively, you can click the three dots icon next to the email notification you want to send straight away and then click Send now.


All set! The selected notification will be sent to customers first. Once they are all sent, Nexudus will send the other queued notifications based on their position in the queue.
