Manually Checking in Customers

Any full unrestricted admin can manually check customers in instead of using one of the other automated methods.

Customers must have valid passes in their account to be checked in.

Checking Customer In

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Operations > Who is in?.

  1. Click Register check-in.

  2. Select the relevant customer in the drop-down list.

  3. Select an Arrival date and time.

  4. Select a Departure date and time if the customer already left your space.

  5. Click the Save Changes button.

You've successfully checked in the selected customer.

Checking Customers Out

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Operations > Who is in?.

  1. Click on the time slot of the customer you want to check out.

  1. Select a Departure date and time.

  2. Click the Save Changes button.

You've successfully checked out the selected customer.
