How to open a new location

Nexudus is here every step of the way as your business grows and scales up. All you need to open new locations is to contact support with the following details for each new location you want to open:


  • Is the new location part the same network? Please specify which network if you have more than one.
  • Name of the new location
  • Account owner name, role, and email - i.e. Jane Morris, Head of operations, jane.morris@coworking.com.
  • City & Country
  • Currency
  • Timezone
  • Email used as a Reply-to address of the location
  • Email of a full unrestricted admin
  • Should we copy the settings of one of your existing locations? If yes, please specify which one.
  • Invoice reference format of your new location
We recommend adding a prefix to your new location's invoice format to differentiate invoices issued in each location.

For example, if your current location's invoice format is INV-[0000], we recommend adding a prefix such as NL-INV-[0000].


Basic settings and implementation of your new location

Our implementation team can complete the basic settings of your new location for €/$/£200 per location. You can also purchase any of our onboarding packages if you'd like more opening a new location.
