7. Working with Integrations

Nexudus integrates with over 50 platforms to help you seamlessly manage your space. While most integrations are optional, they undoubtedly can help streamline your operations.

Google Maps & reCAPTCHA

You must integrate both Google Maps and reCAPTCHA in each of your locations. Google Maps lets you include a map of your space's location on your Contact form while reCAPTCHA protects your account from spamming by adding a reCAPTCHA test at the end of every form on your Members Portal. Both integrations are included in your Nexudus subscription at no additional cost.

You can easily transfer invoices from Nexudus to one of our accounting system integrations:

All integrations let you transfer customer invoices from Nexudus to the integrated accounting system.

Access Control

You can manage the access customers have to your space based on their purchases through an access control integration. Nexudus integrates with the following access control systems:

  • Avigilon
  • Brivo
  • Doordeck
  • DoorFlow
  • Gallagher
  • Genetec
  • Kisi
  • OpenPath
  • Salto KS

You can check customers in and out as they connect to your Wi-Fi network through the passes they hold. Customers with time passes can stay connected to your network until they run out of access time. You can control how many devices they can connect to your network. You can also create tokens that visitors and guests are able to use to connect to your network up to a certain number of minutes.
