Adding a Payment Method

You need to set up a direct debit mandate or add your credit card details to pay for your Nexudus subscription. You can access this section via Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Payment details on the Admin Panel.

You need to add a payment method to all your locations, including your network location.

Nexudus won't charge you for network locations as long as:

AND

Your account is automatically suspended if you don't pay your Nexudus invoices within 10 days.

Pay via Direct Debit

Setting up a direct debit mandate can take anywhere from 4 to 10 working days to process fully.

Make sure you take this setup delay into consideration when adding your payment method.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Payment details.

  3. Tick the Bank option.

  1. Click Configure bank payments.

You will be redirected to GoCardless page to set up your direct debit mandate.

  1. Fill out the form with your bank details and click Set up direct debit.

  1. Review your details and click Confirm.

You are redirected to the Payment Details page in Nexudus.

All set! Your direct debit mandate was sent to your bank for approval and will be used to pay for future Nexudus invoices once your bank authorizes the mandate.

A confirmation email from GoCardless is also sent to the email address you added to the direct debit setup form.

Paying via Credit Card

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Payment details.

  3. Tick the Credit/debit card option.

  1. Fill out the form with your details.

  2. Click Submit payment details.

All set! Your card details will be used to pay for all future Nexudus invoices.
