Data Visibility Settings

Data visibility settings let you control whether or not the following records are displayed on your Members Portals:

You should define this visibility in each location within your network and subnetwork.

Don't manage a network or more than one location?

No need to worry about these settings as they only affect multi and/or networks.

Changing data visibility

You can easily change the visibility of the records in each of your locations. You can choose from one of the following options for each type of record:

  • Only records connected to this location
  • Records connected to any location in the network
  • Records connected to the current location or any if its children
  • Records connected to the current location or any of its parents

  • Records connected to the home location of the customer
  • Records connected to the home location of the customer and any of its children
  • Records connected to the home location of the customer and any of its parents
Selecting a home location option for one or more record types means that users who aren't logged in won't see the related records.

Customers must be logged in for us to determine their home location. If they aren't, we won't show any related records by default.


  • Records connected to this location and all locations in the same parent network


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the Access tab and scroll down to the Data Visibility section.
  3. Click on the Visbility drop-down list of each record and select the visibility option you want to apply.
  4. Click Save settings.


All set! You've defined the data visibility settings in your location. You'll need to repeat this process for every other location in your network.
