Combining Resources

You can group multiple resources to let your customers book them all as a single unit or automatically make one unavailable when the other is booked.
You have two meeting room that can be merged into one. You want to allow customers to book both at the same time or only one of the two at all times. You will need to create 3 resources (1, 2 and 1+2) When a customer books resource 1, resource 2 and 1+2 automatically become unavailable. If resource 1+2 is booked, resource 1 and 2 automatically become unavailable.
Step 1. Create a combined resource
The first step is to create the combined resource that will block other resources when it is booked. You can think if the combined resource as a resources block customers pick to get access to all the resources you combine.
We do not take into consideration the individual pricing of the resources you combine. The amount you charge for booking the combined resource is always defined at the combined resource level.
Once you've created your combined resource you are ready to move to the next step of the process.
Step 2. Combine resources
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Resources.
Click on the combined resource you created in the previous step.
Click on the Limits tab.
Scroll down to the Combined resources section.
Select all the resources that should be blocked when someone books the combined resource.
Click the Save Changes button.
All set! You've just set up a combined resource.
