Customizing Passport on the Admin Panel

The Admin Panel controls settings related to visibility and access, checkout, and branding.

The dedicated Passport settings have been deprecated.

Changing these settings also affects your Members Portal unless otherwise noted.

For example, if you disable the Discussion board section, customers won't be able to access discussion boards on the Members Portal or the Passport app.

Visibility and Access Settings

Visibility and access settings control which sections of the Passport app customers can access.

For example, you can restrict the Discussion board section to members only or disable the Articles section entirely.

Using Members Portal Version 4 or earlier?

Booking, Plan, and Product feature and access settings only affect the Members Portal.

Features Settings

Features Settings control whether a section is enabled in the Members Portal and Passport app.

For example, you can control whether or not the Discussion Board section is enabled.

The Tour Request Form section is only available on the Members Portal.

Access Settings

Access Settings control who can access a section in the Members Portal and Passport app.

For example, you can restrict the Discussion Board section to members only.

Data Visibility Settings

Data visibility settings only apply to spaces with multiple locations.

Data visibility settings let you control the visibility of each location's records.

For example, you can make it so that customers can only see resources connected to their home location.

Account Menu Visibility Settings

Account Menu Visibility Settings control whether a section is enabled in the Members Portal and Passport app. These settings control features that are only available to users with an account.

For example, you can choose whether or not the Visitors section is enabled.

Checkout Settings

Checkout Settings control how your customers make purchases, including bookings, plans, products, and event tickets.

Branding Settings

Branding settings control what your app looks like. These include your logos and banners as well as your brand colors.

The Admin Panel font settings will be deprecated for Passport Version 5.
