Managing Accounts with Passport

Passport Version 5 will begin a phased release mid-August 2026.

Customers can manage the following from the Account section of the Passport app.

Personal details

Customers can edit their personal details including their preferred name, phone number, and date of birth.

Customers can't edit their Full name or Email from the Passport app or Members Portal.

You can edit these details for them on the Admin Panel.

Customers can edit their billing details including their company name, billing email, and billing address.

Customers can manage their payment methods.

Customers can view their benefits including plans, products, passes, and credits.

They can also join and manage plans from this section.

Customers can edit and publish their directory profile just like on the Members Portal.

Customers can submit identity and address checks just like on the Members Portal.

Customers can sign and download files just like on the Members Portal.

Customers can manage the following account settings.

Changing these settings also affects customers' Members Portal experience.

Preferences	Customers can manage their language settings and switch between light and dark mode.
Security	Customers can view their Check-in and Internet Access PIN and their Print Release PIN. They can also change their password.
Integrations	Customers can manage their Door Access Control and Calendar integrations.
Notifications	Customers can manage their notification settings.
