A
Access tokens
Tokens that customers and visitors can use to connect to your Wi-Fi network for a set amount of time. Access tokens only work if you enabled the RADIUS or the MikroTik integration.

Accounts
Financial accounts that help you categorize revenue between sales, payments and deposits accounts. You need to create and then assign financial accounts to the relevant items in Nexudus.

Account owner
Admin who can edit anything on the account and request Nexudus subscription changes. Each location has an account owner that we define when opening your Nexudus account and any new location.

Admin Panel
Platform designed for admins that let you manage every aspect of your space's operations.

Admins
Users with access to the Admin Panel. They can also access the Members Portal if they have a customer account linked to them.

Alternative billing email
Email address Nexudus uses to send all invoice notifications if you add one to the customer's record. customers won't receive any email notification related to their invoicing on their main email address if you add a billing email address.
Attendees
People that customers and admins can invite to bookings or events. Current customers can also be added as attendees to bookings made by other customers.

Benefits
Time, money and printing credits or passes that you add to plans and products. customers get these benefits when they purchase the relevant products or when they sign up to plans. Benefits never add any direct charges to the customer. You should add their value to the plans and products' final price.

Bookings
Time slot that customers book to use a resource for a set amount of time. Bookings can be free or charged, based on the Rates defined for the resource.

Chart of accounts
List of all the financial accounts and tax rates set up for your space that you use for bookkeeping and your general ledger.

Check-ins
Record of customers physically present in your space. We offer manual and automated check-in options to meet your space's needs.

Company customers
Customer type that represents a company or business entity. All company customers are also linked to a person who is the point of contact for that company.

Contacts
Customers that have an account in Nexudus but don't have any active contract because they aren't signed up to any plan. Contacts automatically become members when they sign up to a plan and get a contract.

Contracts
Contractual agreement automatically generated when a customer signs up to a new plan. This contract is based on the settings of the plan sold to the customer. You can edit contract details such as the invoice date or invoice period to override the default plan settings. Contracts are the individual agreement you have with each customer based on the plans that act as contract templates.

Courses
Built-in learning platform that lets you offer courses to your customers for free or only to members signed up to specific plans.

Custom fields
Fields that you create to to collect additional customer data based on your business needs. You can include some of them in multiple forms on your Members Portal.

Customers
Members and contacts registered in your Nexudus account. Visitors, guests, and attendees aren't considered customers in Nexudus, unless they're also registered as customers using the same email.

Discounts
Set amount of money or percentage off that can apply to customer purchases. Discounts can apply to select customers, teams, or any customer holding a specific code. Discounts can apply to any purchase or only specific items such as bookings and event tickets.

Email queue
List of all notifications sent to customers and admins via email. You can easily check the status of the notification to know if the message reached the user's inbox.

Email server
Email server used by Nexudus to send all email notifications to customers. Nexudus sends all email notifications using no-reply@nexudus.com as the sender address. You can add your own email server details to replace this default sender address.

Email templates
Editable templates that are used to send all customer email notifications. We provide a set number of notifications that you can edit individually in each of your locations.

Enquiries
Section of the Admin Panel where you can see and manage all messages sent by users via the Contact form on your Members Portal.

Floor plans
Visual representation of the different areas and rooms in each of your building's floors. They also allow customers to see where the resources they book are on the floor plan. It also lets admins assign specific floor plan items such as desks and offices to customer contracts.

Help desk
Ticketing system built into the Members Portal and the Admin Panel. customers can create help desk requests from the Members portal and admins can manage their requests and send help desk messages from the Admin Panel.

Individual customer
Customer type that represents an actual person using your space.

Inventory
Section of the Admin Panel that lets you manage all the items you sell through Nexudus along with your floor plans and their items.

Invoice period
Period covered by each billing cycle. For example, a monthly plan could have January 1st to February 1st or June 15th to July 15th.

Location
A location represents a physical space you manage through Nexudus. Each of your locations has its own Admin Panel. If you manage multiple locations, you'll have a network of locations. You'll get an additional network location from which you can manage some global settings.

Members
Customers who have at least one active contract in their account, meaning they signed up to at least one of your plans. Members automatically become contacts when they don't have any active contract in their account.

Members Portal
Website designed for your customers from where they can manage their account, bookings, engage with your community and much more. You get one Members Portal per location in your Nexudus account.

Message macros
Templated messages you create on the Admin Panel to then include in reminders, CRM stages, or send them directly to any customer.

Messages
Messages you can send to a customer's email address from the Admin Panel. You can send messages using message macros or drafting a message from scratch.

Money credits
Set amount of money that you can add to plans and products as benefits. When customers purchase a product or sign up to a plan that includes money credit, the money credits are automatically added to their account that they can then use to cover some or all of their purchases.

Benefit that customers need to be checked in and out of your space. You can offer time-based passes, day passes or both. You can also connect passes to your Wi-Fi network to provide internet access or your access system to let customers holding certain passes unlock doors.

Payment gateways
Payment provider you can use to process customer invoice payments via their integration with Nexudus.

Perks and discounts you offer your customers through partnerships with other businesses.

Plans
Subscription that includes benefits that customers can sign up to via the Members Portal or that admins can sell to customers from the Admin Panel. Plans automatically renew based on a predefined period. Nexudus creates a contract for every plan sold to a customer, based on the plan's settings. Plans are the template for the subscription while the contract is the individual agreement you have with each customer.

Printing credits
Credits you make available to customers to print. You can include printing credits in plans and products or add them directly to a customer's account. Each printing credit is equivalent to 1 cent in your currency.

Rates
Prices you want to make available for resources of the same type. Rates can apply to all customers, only contacts, only members or even only members signed up to specific plans.

Reminders
Templated message sent via email to users who meet a specific condition. Reminders can be used in an array of scenarios to automate some communication with your customers.

Resources
Rooms, desks or any area of your space that you want to let customers book at a certain price. Resources are priced through rates that are shared across all resources of the same type. Each resource can have multiple rates.

Resource types
Groups that let you price one or more resources with certain rates and control which resources can be booked using different time or money credits.

Teams
Groups of customers that can share discounts, credits and passes or even their own secure Wi-FI networks. Teams can only have one team paying customer but multiple team administrators. The team paying customer isn't a team administrator by default.

Time credits
Amount of time customers can use to cover the cost of their bookings if the resource they're booking is within the resource types covered by their time credit and the resource has an applicable time credit rate.

Trends
Trends are a collection of business intelligence (BI) dashboards designed to help you make better, data-driven decisions for your space to boost your occupancy and revenue.

User roles
Set of permissions that you can assign to admin users to limit the section they can access on the Admin Panel and the actions they can perform on its different records.

Users
Person with credentials to access your Members Portal, your Admin Panel or both. All customers with Members Portal access are considered users in Nexudus. customers who were never granted access to your Members Portal aren't considered users. All admins are considered users by default.

Visitors
Person registered to visit one of your customers at a given date and time. Visitors are also registered when someone books a tour of your space through your Members Portal tour form. Visitors can be registered by an admin on the Admin Panel, a customer on the Members Portal, or by themselves if you use NexIO.
